Refund policy

At PetPivot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility: Product must be unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
RTO Orders: If order is undelivered or rejected at delivery, return shipping charges may apply.
